Cancellation Policy
Consultation Process Initial Inquiry: Submit your request through our contact form or email. Provide details about your organization’s goals, challenges, and anticipated scope of work. Preliminary Consultation: A complimentary 30-minute call will be scheduled to discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your partnership plan. Proposal Development: Based on our discussion, we will draft a tailored proposal outlining deliverables, consulting hours, and pricing. Booking Terms Minimum Commitment: A minimum engagement period of 3 months is recommended to maximize impact and ensure measurable results. Payment Terms: A deposit equal to 20% of the negotiated plan price is required to confirm future bookings. Remaining payments can be structured monthly or in milestone installments, as agreed upon during contract negotiation. Scheduling: Consulting hours will be allocated based on mutual agreement and must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Early termination fees may apply for cancellations before the agreed engagement period ends. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for unused consulting hours. Hours may be rolled over for up to one month with prior approval. If Ethic.AI cannot fulfill scheduled commitments due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund for affected sessions. Confidentiality Ethic.AI is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data and projects. A mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be executed upon plan initiation.
